Environmental Accreditation
Isambard Environmental and Andrew Francis are both licensed by the BRE (licence no. ISMEN-AF31) and as such can submit New Construction 2014, Home Quality Mark and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments to the BRE for formal certification.
Andrew is also a licensed On-Construction Energy Assessor with STROMA (license no. STRO025245) and as such can submit Part L1A SAP calculations and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) required for new residential dwellings and Part L1B SAP and EPCs for existing residential dwellings.
